BMW X5 price increases with feature additions

The luxury SUV market in India has received a fresh update as the BMW X5 price increases with feature additions across the entire lineup. BMW has hiked prices by ₹2.5 lakh uniformly, bringing the ex-showroom range to around ₹1 crore to ₹1.15 crore. Alongside the price revision, the SUV now comes with more standard equipment and a new M Sport Pro variant replacing the older M Sport trim.

BMW X5 Engine and Performance

The SUV continues with its proven and powerful six-cylinder engines:

  • xDrive40i (Petrol) – 3.0-litre turbocharged inline-six delivering 381 hp and 520 Nm
  • xDrive30d (Diesel) – 3.0-litre inline-six producing 286 hp and 650 Nm

Both engines are paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox and BMW’s xDrive all-wheel-drive system. The 48-volt mild-hybrid technology provides an additional 12 hp and 200 Nm boost, enhancing responsiveness and fuel efficiency.
